• While creating in my Northern Kentucky home; I gathered a selection of pink and purple beads, and gunmetal wire and findings, which I combined in beaded links to form this perfectly passionate accessory. There are puffy, pink fiber-optic hearts, with their shimmering cat’s eye effect; milky dark purple fire-polished Czech rounds, with their mysterious depth; and a luster-finished white ceramic focal bead with pink and purple swashes that are purposeful, yet carefree. These beads are accented with milky lavender crystals and tiny dark pink Czech seed beads with a satiny matte and aurora borealis finishes, which subtly reflect shades of purple as the light touches them. I arranged the links in an asymmetrical, but visually balanced fashion, and finished the bracelet with a gunmetal-finished toggle clasp that incorporates tiny hearts into their design, keeping with the theme of this sweetly passionate piece.
